Job Summary

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Advisor to join our team in Dronfield. You will learn business-to-business sales strategies and techniques to be responsible for identifying and optimising business opportunities through both inbound and outbound customer calls.

This Internal Sales Advisor role is not commission based though an annual bonus will be decided through personal objectives and a percentage of the group and company performance. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, foster, and maintain potential and existing customer relationships through inbound and outbound calls;
  • Provide guidance, advice and support to customers in relation to our products and services
  • Reporting activity on the CRM system
  • Following up on leads and targeting projects
  • Support with hire desk duties which include inbound and outbound calls

About You

The successful candidate will be at ease with building strong stakeholder relationships within a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you will have experience of working within the supply chain of products and services to the construction industry; however, this is not an essential requirement.

  • A proven track record in internal sales, preferably with experience in the Hire/Construction industry
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to build great working relationships both internally and externally
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and solve problems
  • Negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
